Title Pride in Ownership
Issue Volume 03, Number 02 (T&T, Spring 2018)
Description The Thomas Everard House tells a story of a man's humble berginning and his rise to prominence. This unassuming structure, that sits in the shadow of the Governor's Palace, has evidence that dates the building to 1717. Acquired in 1928 from Estelle and Cora Smith, and during restoration in 1949, investigations revealed features in the house that helped to furnish it for exhibition.
