Title Stitching Stories
Issue Volume 03, Number 01 (T&T, Winter 2018)
Description Piecing together the stories from the 18th century, interpreters can use many avenues to gather information. Letters, newspaper articles, documents (land deeds, inventories, manumission papers). But, for enslaves persons, interpreters can find research challenging. If possible, interpreters can also use oral histories from descendents that have been passed through the generations.
