Diana Tichbourne born the 28^th of October and Baptized the 21^st
of November Anno Dom: 1723 at Wolverhampton Staffordshire.

Ann Frances Tichbourne born y^e 4^th of June and baptiz’d y^e 24^th
Anno Dom: 1725 in the Parish of S^t. George Hann[ove]^r Square London.

Elizabeth Tichbourne born y^e 26^th of October and Baptized
the 29^th Anno Dom: 1726 at Wolverhampton Staffordshire.

Henry Tichborne born y^e 31^st of Dec^r. 1727 and Baptized
the 29^th of Jan^r. following at Wolverhampton Staffordshire.

Thomas Tichborne born the 1st of August and Baptized the
5^th of September, 1729 at Wolverhampton Staffordshire.

Ann Amelia Tichborne born y^e 26 of Sept^r. and
Baptized y^e 21^st of Oct^r. 1736 at Wolverhampton Staffordshire.

Edmund Titchborne and Diana his wife
Were married in London on Thursday the 15^th
Of June 1721. [and] at St. Mildred’s in the Poultry.

Notes

Edmund Tichborne married Diana Smart at St. Mildred Poultry in 1721 (Boyd’s Marriage Index). Captain Edmund Tichbourne’s death at Wolverhampton, Staffordshire at age 52 was reported in Read’s Weekly Journal or British Gazeteer on April 7 & 28, 1750.
Diana was the daughter of Thomas Smart of Wolverhampton. (Visitation of England and Wales)
Diana Tichborne married the Rev. James Hinckes, Rector of Stone, County Stafford and died in 1803.
Elizabeth Tichborne married Michael Ward, and their daughter Diana Smart Ward married John Davenport, Esq. Member of Parliament for Stoke (Burke, vol. 1). The Davenport family seat was Foxley in County Hereford, and papers of Captain Edmund Tichbourne and his father-in-law, Thomas Smart, are part of the Foxley Estate Records in the Hertfordshire Record Office.
On the page facing the family information is a list of the “gossips” or godparents for each child.
