Contains rules of order and schedule of fines. Marbled paper covers enscribed with names of members, including: [F?] Byrd, E[thelbert] G. Cauthorn, [?] Henderson, B[enjamin] Watkins Leigh, [Joseph] N. Lewis, Claudius Walke Murdaugh, [Eaton] Nance, H[ugh] M[ercer] Waller, Thomas N. Watson, and Edmund T. Wingo.
