Concerns moving the Virginia capital from Williamsburg to Richmond. Suggests that the Board of Trade adjourn and asks that vessels be prepared by April 7 to move presses, books, papers and other items for the offices of Trade, Council, War, the auditors and registers, and for the furniture of the Capital and Palace. An armed vessel will transport the Treasury.
