This anonymous 19th-century manuscript cookbook contains recipes attributed to the Mesdames Elwin, T. Watson, and L. Wickam. Includes recipes for meat, seafood, puddings, fruits, and wines. Also contained are directions for dying buff and for making cement. Several unsigned poems appear in the back of the volume.
